The personal data acquired in this form are collected for purposes related to the collection and assessment of scientific abstracts for the event in question. Any personal data acquired will be processed using both electronic and non-electronic tools. Data collected will be processed solely by personnel that has been opportunely authorised and trained to do so. The legal basis for processing is the need to confer the data linked to the material presented. Data may be communicated to auditors, members of the scientific committee and organizers for purposes relating to the service or connected to it. Such subjects will act as independent data controllers, in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR. Providing the personal data requested is compulsory in order to allow for completion of the actions necessary for assessing the scientific contents sent. Should consent be expressed by ticking the appropriate box, this will authorise us to inform you of our future events via email. Refusal to provide your consent to the sending of communication regarding our activities will not in any way jeopardize assessment of the scientific content transmitted. Data will not be communicated or disseminated outside the territory of the EU and in any case, will always be processed pursuant to the provisions of Articles 45 - 49 of the GDPR.
